“Of course you would, Harry.” Draco’s pointer finger moves slowly and exaggeratedly over his own forehead, drawing the jagged lightning bolt scar that serves as Harry’s sign name. “You wouldn’t know fashion if it bit you in the arse.”
“Hey!” Harry protests, struggling to morph his features into a look of outrage with how wide his smile is. “You’re being very rude tonight.”
Draco shrugs, a sly smile on his face. “I’m rude all the time, Harry.”

Draco snaps back into the role he’s meant to be playing, and he sneers, shaking Harry as aggressively as he can manage at the moment. “What?” He snarls, though isn’t sure he’s really interested in whatever Harry has to say.
“Nice robes!” Harry must be shouting because there’s a faint noise echoing in Draco’s ears, and Draco’s world seems to fall out from underneath him. Those are his words on Harry’s lips. Draco’s soulmate’s words.
