Summary
He doesn’t remember running down the halls, or slipping on the hardwood floors, or catching himself on the doorframe before he runs into a wall.
Instead, he thinks of his racing heart and Hanzo’s pained voice crying out in the night.

Summary
Jesse laughs, leaning back and away and letting Hanzo continue to complain as he pulls up the mission file on his phone again.
“You’re thinkin’ too hard about this. It’s gonna be a good time. Don’t you like gettin’ dressed up… cool disguises… incognito?” McCree scrolls through the briefing before settling once again on the target of the evening; Satya Vaswani, codename Symmetra. A hoity-toity Vishkar representative that was supposed to appear at this shindig.
“Disguises are one thing… this is… putting on a leather jacket and ruining my hair,” Hanzo replies with a grumble, leaning back in his chair. He looks up when McCree holds the phone out toward him, and takes it, peering down at it with the grumpy expression still on his face. “I hate these people.”
----
McCree and Hanzo have to go undercover at a greaser-themed party celebrating the 300th anniversary of Los Angeles to keep an eye on Vishkar's top agent, a woman named Satya Vaswani. It's weird, but they do their part. And then some.

Summary
Hanzo was… amazing, and it felt like he was high above him, the pinnacle of perfection that was always meant to be out of reach. Almost as if he was too good to be here, though he never acted that way.
Cassidy’s mother had always told him “if you don’t ask and don’t try for a yes, the answer will always be no”. But here, if he didn’t ask, he didn’t have to risk it being a no. The status quo was fine. It was enough. He was content.
Because if Cole dared to dream and tried to shoot for the moon, he could miss. He doubted even the stars would catch him if he tried and failed. But if he never failed, then he had nothing to lose, right?
So why ruin what they had now?

Summary
Jesse McCree did not expect his flight to land on a deserted island, nor did he plan for his landing to be a crash that tore the plane into three pieces. And, surprisingly, he didn't expect as many people to survive such a thing as apparently did.
But where exactly did they crash, and how do they explain the very weird things that seem to happen on the island. Plus, why has nobody come for them yet?

Summary
“Then what was all that dancin’ around for?”
Hanzo doesn’t know how much he wants to tell him. “Meditation.”
“Ah,” Cassidy snorts. “Yeah, you pick that up to feel better after you killed your brother?”
Cole Cassidy, as it turns out, is a long-time friend of Genji. He was there when they brought him near death into an early Overwatch, probably saw him get built back up from a chewed-out husk of a man into something new, something… different. Cassidy saw him turn from a deadly weapon into a deadlier one, got to see him built and unbuilt, got to know him long enough to figure out what it means when the green lights lining his armour dim, when the vents at the junctures of his shoulders release air, when the internal processes of his suit kick up in a whir. What the different angles of his head tilts mean, the approximate facial expressions he is making under the visor. How much of him is left under the metal plates, made anew, and unmade again.
It is only natural, then, that Cole Cassidy wants Hanzo dead.
