Summary
it first appeared in Qingqing City, China. When a glowing baby was born, surrounded in golden light. Soon after, miraculous powers were emerging from certain individuals all over the world. At first it was anarchy, those with selfish intentions used their newfound power for personal gain at the cost of the innocent. But with darkness, comes light as those with heart fought back at the incoming chaos. Making the world resemble those of comic books and leading to a new profession, "Pro-heroes," who uses their own powers, now called "quirks," to fight crime and keep the peace.
Unbeknownst to them, this is not the first time humanity wielded extraordinary power.
