Summary
Sam is no stranger to plans gone askew. He was 14 when he realized that he was in love with his brother, and 18 when he decided that leaving for Stanford was better than risking being found out. Dean has always been able to throw a wrench into his plans, so what should have been a clean break turns into a night of confessions, years of heartbreak, and a struggle to find out if things can be fixed when they continue to get broken over and over again.

Set after 9.06. Instead of leaving Cas, Dean brings him back to the bunker. Cas is adjusting to life as a human, and Sam's recovering from the trails. Sick of the angels, Dean suggests that Sam and him go on what they think will be an easy hunt, tracking down a witch. Things don't go as planned and Sam gets turned back into toddler.
