Summary
So, I've re-watched Princess Diaries again last weekend with some commentary. And one of the things Julie Andrews mentions is that her and Hector Elizondo have been asked if Joe and Clarisse were "an item" and both agreed that they were. But! My head cannon have always been that Joe was in love with Clarisse, but she was married and fulfilling duty to her country so she never tried to look at him as a romantic partner till she was a widow, Mia came along and loosened everyone up a little bit. So Joe took his chance to romance Clarisse and get his happy ending. Anyway, I've kept this thing in my head and it obviously came out in a way I wasn't planning on, but here it is, and I hope any fans will enjoy it. There's no action, just some musings and reminiscence from dear Joe whom I absolutely adore.

Summary
Rant (and spoilers for those who had not watched it) warning!
So, for the past two weeks I have been obsessed with this Russian tv show, Detective Anna (all of it available on YouTube, Amazon Prime apparently cut out bits) and have been watching it whenever possible. And then, horrible thing happened: there was a cliff-hanger at the ending. They had the time to tie up all the loose ends properly, and I would have been happy with it ending, but they dragged it out unnecessarily and left us with unanswered questions. So this is my attempt at consoling myself and any (probably not many) fans it had happened to. I have few alternative endings in my mind, as well as alternative scenes and ponderings on the characters that I will be putting on here and I hope you will enjoy them.
