After becoming suspicious the new institute head is hiding something, Magnus sees him in the last place he expected.
The parade was an explosion of sensations, colors and sounds. Their chaos and the joy pouring off everyone present made him feel at home. He drifted smiling through the crowd, singing along to some mundane song until a startling sight made him grind to a halt.
