“I know it’s asking a lot of you,” she admits. “And you probably don’t want to deal with the Seraphim anymore after . . . everything that happened, back then. But I really, really think you’ll like Emily. She and the representative should be here tomorrow, and I—”
“Wait, wait.” Lucifer stops her, shaking his head and blinking like he’s just been woken up. Was he . . . was he not listening to her? “There’s going to be more than one?”
“I mean . . . yes?” Charlie gives him a look. “It says so on the missive, down at the bottom. They don’t want to send Emily on her own, so someone else is coming with her to stay. One of their higher-ups.”
“But—Sera—”
“Oh, no no no.” Charlie laughs, probably way too nervously. “Not Sera. I don’t think she’d, ah, do too well with our little crew. It’s a different seraph, I think. Exciting, right? The Archangel—”
Lucifer finishes. “Michael.”
In the beginning, the first murder was committed between brothers. Lucifer was . . . not surprised.

The killing of adam the first man wasn't going to be taken lightly by heaven of course, it gotten so big that even God and the archangels bothered to finally leave the palace and stop isolating themselves together away from heaven to hoist a trial to put order back, but they also want their sweet angel back

According to the texts that would be recited during the sabbath, the Heavenly Father's love is abundant and enduring. It's a warmth that accompanies the devout and a driving force that leads saints towards righteousness. However, there was only ever one person who was recorded to be His most treasured.
Only one being in existence was known to be the most loved by God.

It's easy to forget that Lucifer had once been God's favorite angel. However, it's easier to forget that Lucifer never lost that favor.
Lucifer's daddy issues makes it hard to function but he tries his best to be a dad. As usual, Alastor complicates things.
