Summary
Just one selfish decision led to the death of everyone Percy cared about. He chose to stay a few extra days on Calypso's Island, hoping for a moments reprieve from the weight of the world. This led to the destruction of Camp Half-Blood, and Percy was too late to save it. Years later, stuck in a multiversal "Void", somebody named Hazel Levesque claims to have known another version of him and wants to recruit him for an upcoming battle. Why can't he just be left to wallow in his own self-pity?

Basically, I had the idea of combining Deadpool and Wolverine with PJO. Percy serves as Logan, Hazel as Laura (but she is NOT his daughter), and Leo as Deadpool (only in a flashback). The fic is based on the campfire scene where Laura talks with Logan, and Logan reveals what happened to the X-Men. So just to be clear, NO X-Men are actually in this fic - only PJO characters!

11 y/o Percy goes to Hogwarts 1st year! Barely any details of Percy's home life, especially since the story starts w/them already on the Hogwarts Express.
- Also, Percy does NOT know he's a demigod yet! The author confirmed this when they replied to my comment on CH.3 -

***Izuku/Ibara! Ibara's POV! One day, Izuku seeks refuge (from Bakugo's bullying) in a church garden. There, he meets Ibara. She invites him in, tends to his wounds, and listens to his troubles. Izuku starts visiting the garden every so often because he likes her calming and accepting presence, and they eventually become good friends who confide in each other! Eventually, they develop feelings for each other too ;D
This story is basically snapshots of the times where he meets with Ibara, but it's NOT always in the church garden. For example, it goes from middle school era, to Dagobah training arc, to first day of UA, to USJ attack, etc. Their interactions are SO heartfelt and cute!!!😭💖
- CH.7-8 we learn that the abbess (head nun) is very controlling, wanting Ibara to not view Izuku in a romantic light and weaanting to choose her hero name for her. However, Izuku and Inko help her gain the courage to choose her own hero name!
- CH.9 Ibara starts her internship under Kamui Wood. She is constantly hearing the abbess' voice in the back of her mind telling her to be a proper vessel for the lord, wanting Ibara to praise God in HER (the abbess') selfish ways. The Abbess is the real villain of this story 😡she's an ultra-religious manipulator! Ibara finds comfort in Izuku and Kamui's faith in her. Kamui Wood's influence also make Ibara wrestle with how she should approach criminals - harsh and punishing like the abbess tells her, or firm but forgiving like Kamui.
- CH.10 Ibara's religious turmoil continues as she is about to punish young criminals for their sins, but Kamui stops her and makes the criminals, himself, and Ibara clean the graffiti. The voice of the abbess in Ibara's head screams "Degradation. You kneel beside sinners and call it holy?" and Ibara struggles to focus on Izuku's kindness. ;_;
- CH.13 is the attack on summer camp! Ibara passes out early on bc of gas, leaving her out of the fight. When she wakes up back in church, she feels ashamed.
- CH.14 Ibara sneaks out to Izuku's house when the abbess is distracted! There, Inko comforts her until the abbess arrives. The abbess insults Ibara and tries to get her to come back, while Inko is pissed. That's nothing on when Izuku rushes home and sees this. We find out that the abbess' quirk makes ppl feel intense negative emotions, which explains why Ibara keeps having those around the abbess! Izuku defies it and screams that HE LOVES IBARA and the abbess has a nose bleed for some reason, then leaves :D!!!- Final Update: I stopped reading after CH.14-ish bc, honestly, this story is TOO damn depressing 😭. There are definitely cute moments, but the author does SUCH a good job at making the reader feel Ibara's mental and emotional struggles that I just...don't wanna feel them anymore. So, unfortunately that means I won't read any more as well 😔. But just to be clear Future Me, this IS a great story with great writing - just very sad plot throughout the years (timeline).
- Tho I also skipped ahead and there's characters called Kenzo, Ichi, Ni, and San, who I do not know at all and ig get introduced somewhere after CH.14. And guess what - SPOILER: This Kenzo guy, apparently is her biological dad, DIES in CH.24 😭so this just confirms my "this story is too dang depressing for me" reasoning -

***Really funny story about Kronos and Demeter pausing mid-fight to argue about agriculture. Then, Thalia makes Percy egg them on and it gets more hilarious as it expands to other topics like the gods being shitty parents (Kronos = hypocrite lol). At the end, the other Olympians come and argue a bit and Kronos "adopts" the demigods but then Gaia wants to adopt them too 😂.

Now he knows: he will have to return to his parents’ Hogwarts years and encourage the Slytherins to stand on their own instead of following a leader. He knows how to assume the post of Defense professor and how to reach the Slytherins. And from there, well, surely nothing can go too wrong.

***3-shot/short story! 35-ish year old Unspeakable Harry travels back in time to Marauders era. He only really interacts with the Slytherins and Sirius - AKA the ppl who would become Death Eaters + ppl who would have bad lives (like Snape and Sirius). Over the story, he manages to gently guide them away from Voldemort. Though, last chapter we find out they've replaced their allegiance to Voldemort with allegiance to Harry himself! Then that's where the story ends. Not super detailed and kinda anthology-like, but really well-written.

Annabeth is literally a psychopath in this lmao. Unlike other Manipulator!Annabeth stories, this one is scarier bc she's very calculative in her words to Percy and doesn't explode when arguing with his roommate bc Percy is watching. Then, she finds out that Percy is writing "The Lightning Thief" and makes him let her read it. She realizes that Percy "portrays himself as the hero and her as the arrogant fool" (even tho that IS what happened) and erupts with rage to him. Hermes secretly heard everything and starts torturing her! /// CH.2: Annabeth survived but was cursed by Hermes! She cannot use any form of communication besides speech, but even then she can only tell truths! She tries to complain to Hazel and Frank but this backfires bc she inadvertently told them how she broke Percy's laptop and blew up at him. Frank and Hazel rightfully interrogate her and get mad. /// CH.8 is finally the start of the actual trial. Annabeth is brought to Olympus and is in Themis' court - NOT the Olympian court.
