Summary
Helen Pevensie has noticed that none of her children are quite the same anymore. Lucy is wise beyond her years. Peter and Susan are very serious and depressed. All of this she can chalk up to the traumas of the war, but she simply cannot figure out why Edmund is afraid of the snow.

Summary
Lucy hummed thoughtfully, hands absently fidgeting with the fine embroidery of her dress. “Well, it can't all be politics. Maybe you still have something to learn.”
“From being married?” He questioned, scrunching his nose. She might be right—Lucy's instincts when it came to Aslan were unparalleled—but he hardly wanted to admit that.
“Maybe Aslan wants you to learn about yourself,” she said finally, eying him. “Or admit something you already know.”
Edmund frowned in confusion. What was that supposed to mean?
-
Alternatively: Lion Jesus said unto him, "get gay married," and so he did. Also they fall in love I guess.

Summary
Caspian was struggling. Call it loneliness, call it insomnia—something was tugging at his soul, giving the King a heartache so intense, he was breaking faster than he could heal.
So Old Magic answered and brought back Pevensies, as if four siblings held the key to the King's problems.
And soon they learn why Old Magic choose to summon them to Narnia—one of them is Caspian's althea, the soul bound to his own, the one to heal King's pain.
But a bond that deep is dangerous. It brings weakness and vulnerability no ruler can hide.
Darkness is lurking nearby, and the time is scarce—which one of the four siblings is the one destined to save the King and Narnia from destruction?
*****
Or—
We all know it's Edmund but we need some tension, alright? The story is placed after all the movie parts, when Pevensies are separated in England, each one of them trying to find their place outside of Narnia.

Summary
“So what are you? 4th year? 5th year or something?” Caspian grabs a book off the library shelf at random, and starts flipping through the pages uninterestedly, pushing up the sleeve of his Gryffindor robes.
He’s met with a pause and a glowering stare.
“I’m a 6th year,” Edmund grits out humorlessly, his brown eyes gleaming in repressed anger. It lights up the humor in Caspian’s face.
I've made him angry, he thinks smugly, satisfaction curling in his chest. His body leans closer to Edmund without thinking and he feels a strange urge to provoke this little, curious creature more.
Instead of reacting further, Edmund ignores him and turns around to walk to the table that his satchel was currently occupying. Caspian frowns. He watches Edmund adjust his green and silver Slytherin tie before sitting down at the table.
I want more reactions from him, Caspian muses as he trails Edmund back to the table, tracking his every movement.Bookmarked by JannyB
