“What is it, Spiderman? You okay?”
“I’m fine but…I think we might have a ghost fighting on our side.”
“Impossible.” Thor interrupted. “Ghosts hate the living.”
“Yeah well one just saved my life and made a joke about New York’s rat problems.”
Silence over the radio.Or, New York City isn't prepared for a ghostly invasion. The Avengers are finally all in the same place again. Thor and Bruce are back from space with a semi-reformed chaos god and a thousand refugees in tow. Steve and the Rogues have got their pardons and are ready to start being heroes again. But Tony isn't ready trust, neither is his new protegee Spiderman. The fractured team can't seem to come together. It's a good thing then that Danny Phantom is ready to save the day. That doesn't mean anyone is prepared for when he keeps showing up.

Danny was going to scream. For once, (once!) he'd been minding his own business, just trying to get to school, but of course the ancients-damned universe couldn't just let him get one normal day.
So far in the last hour Danny had gotten sucked through a natural portal, freaking mugged like his life was some b rate gangster movie, been thrown through ANOTHER portal, and, to top it all off, he was stuck in a demon trap in the middle of the woods in who knows where with no one else around.
What was his life?

Danny hadn't been planning to get stuck in an alternate dimension for a bet, but that was how things turned out. Except for the fact the air kept making him sneeze, the weird mutant bear that had tried to eat him, and the new government organization hunting him, Danny wasn't terribly worried. He just had to wait it out until someone came to pick him up.
That shouldn't be too hard, right?
