She almost doesn’t hear the actual answer. “And though I have no doubt a thousand people have given this answer before, I did nothing. I was doing my job, and then I was here. No trial. No sentencing. No crime to speak of.”

Summary
This story takes place in a very Magickal Piltover where Mel Medrada is the princess, and she is being forced to marry Sevika of Zaun for political gain. Piltover is the home of magickal faefolk, and Zaun is an underwater city ruled by mercreatures and every other terrifying deep-sea creature. Mel wasn't initially happy about this because she had preconceived notions about Silco, but the second she lays eyes on Sevika, she will change her mind.
