He spins around and gapes at the sight in front of him.
Big brown sparkly eyes and fluffy pink hair stares back equally surprised.
Taehyung can do nothing else than blink stupidly as he thinks nothing else but the fact that the sparkly eyes that are on his screen right now are also staring back at him through the glass.

Suddenly Taehyung was either too busy or too tired to hang out. He knows he’s nothing special, but it hurts to get ghosted out of the blue like this by the person he trusts most in the world.
It’s breaking Jungkook’s heart to be blown off day after day with short replies or automated answers of ‘sorry i can’t talk right now.”
Jungkook is trying, but it doesn’t seem to be enough.

Jungkook chewed the last of the noodles before wiping his mouth with his sleeve with a huff, “i can’t just-“ he looked at Jimin with resignation, “we were never official and never even spoke about our relationship after we started fucking.”
Jungkook stared off blankly in the direction of the tv, “he doesn’t want anything serious Jimin, he just wanted a bit of fun with me - he never asked for my feelings.”

Summary
Yeonjun's heart skips a phantom beat in his chest. What cruel justice fate has cursed him with, to have denied to turn Beomgyu only hours before, only to be faced with the choice between that or death now. He feels completely helpless, knowing how painful the transformation would be, since Beomgyu had been almost killed by a vampire that wasn't Yeonjun - his prospective sire. It would be hellish, and Yeonjun isn't sure he has it in him to inflict that pain upon the man he loves. But what other choice does he have? Could he really sit here and watch Beomgyu die knowing he could save him?
Beomgyu's eyes shutter open, and Yeonjun gasps. "Do it," he says through cracked lips, voice hoarse and trembling. "Don't let me die. Turn me, like I've wanted you to." Tears slide down Yeonjun's cheeks as Beomgyu's eyes close again, and his breathing grows even more shallow. "I want eternity with you," Beomgyu adds in a whisper, eyes still closed. "I don't care how much it hurts."

Summary
Yeonjun left the village at sixteen.
Already newly presented as an Alpha and chosen to begin training beyond the borders. He remembers a small boy who clung to his side, all scraped knees and wide eyes, shouting about how he’d marry him someday. Beomgyu had always been a whirlwind: loud, bold, fearless. Everyone assumed he’d present as an Alpha.
But ten years is a long time.
And when Yeonjun returns, ready to take a mate, the last thing he expects is for that little boy to have grown into a sharp-tongued, distant Omega with a mouth full of thorns and eyes that no longer shine for him.
