    Hitoshi doesn’t expect to see Neito sitting on the hood of his car when he leaves his apartment. Really he shouldn’t be too surprised, Neito’s never liked the car and probably doesn’t like Hitoshi much more right now. He’s sitting cross-legged on the passenger side of the hood, elbow propped on his knee and chin resting on his fist. He looks up as Hitoshi comes over, and he doesn’t smile, but he can’t quite hide the way his eyes light up in hope. He looks like he’s posing for a magazine. 
    He’s doing the thing where he deflects everything and pretends nothing can hurt him. Hitoshi hates it when he does that. He can’t even remember why they were fighting anymore.
