SHOCK: Kevin Day reveals both Andrew Minyard AND Neil Josten are to fill his coveted Best Man position!

Fans have been speculating ever since Kevin Day and Thea Muldani announced their engagement as to who Day would ask to be by his side. Many discounted fox involvement entirely, suggesting fellow famous exy players such as Jeremy Knox, Jean Moreau, or even Marcus Jameson. The few that speculated that either Andrew Minyard or Neil Josten would be chosen were stoutly supportive of one and discounted the other. Who could have foreseen that Day would choose both! How these two famously antagonistic players will fare will remain to be seen. Good luck Kevin and Thea!

    Or

Kevin choses both Andrew and Neil to be his best man, and the three of them give their first ever interview together.

“Proust believed in reenactment therapy,” Andrew said.
    “Reenactment therapy,” Wymack repeated.
Andrew felt walls close around him. Walls he knew so well. Walls he stared at every time they strapped his limbs to the bed because Proust labeled him a ‘danger to himself.’
“Kid, look at me,” Wymack said.
The walls, Andrew remembered. When Proust did his fucking therapy, Andrew remembered the walls.
“Andrew, are you telling me he–”
    “Yes.”

    Andrew tells Wymack about rehab.

The cop turned to the woman with a roll of his eyes. “Which delinquent do you want first?”

“They are children, Officer Wright, not delinquents.” She stated, calm and collected despite the hour.

“Which child would you like to speak with first,” the cop tried again with a bite of frustration to his words. “The one that put four men in the hospital with his fists, or the one that put two men in hospital with a gun?”

The woman remained un-ruffled, turning her gaze on the cop for only a moment. “But it wasn’t his gun, was it?”

The cop decided to shut his mouth after that, gesturing to the pair of them instead and waiting for her decision.

“I’d like to speak with Mr Doe first.” She said, her eyes settling on Nathaniel.

Andrews head snapped up, anger flitting over his features before quickly being filed away again. When Nathaniel made no move to stand, he nudged him with his elbow. “I haven’t been Doe since my last stint at Juvie.” He stated, keeping his attention fixed to Nathaniel now. “I guess that means they’re referring to you this time.”

“Do tell him that we have enjoyed watching his team’s success in the American league, perhaps if he had joined Day’s team, he would have won the championship.”

The translator’s lips twitched at the comment. “Petra wants you to know how much they have enjoyed watching your team’s success in the American leagues.”

Andrew waits for the rest of the comment to follow. The translator seems set on editing, unfortunately. “Are they paying you well to play diplomat?”

The comment is out before he can stop it. It seems to take the translator by surprise and his mouth twitches into a barely contained grin.

“A certain amount of discretion is expected to keep international relations happy, yes.”

Andrew is intrigued by his honesty. “Tell them that Day would pitch a fit if he knew they found time to watch another countries Exy team. If you have time to watch than you have time to practice, after all.”

He translates perfectly with a smirk at being called out. Andrew watches him closely. If asked, he would say that this man posed a threat. In reality, he enjoyed the way he hadn’t backed down when being caught out.

“Why am I here if you speak the language?” The translator asks in English.
