When your own reputation gets dragged through the mud, you begin to understand them a little better—and maybe let yourself admit that you didn't really have the full picture the way you thought you did. But you do now, and it only makes you want them more.

Why do the Hero's Spirit endure as it does?
Who is Link, beneath his Hylian skin?Not many can remember why the Yiga was excommunicated and exiled from all of Hyrule, including their own clan, the Sheikah. Rumor that goes around was that the Royal Family of Hyrule was paranoid and feared the deadly potential of the Sheikah technology and thus banned it all, creating the Yiga Clan in the process. No one said otherwise and so it became the only truth. But is it really? If so, why did the Hero failed appearing in their hour of greatest need? Hyrule sought out the missing Hero and the equally missing Master Sword only to come up with nothing. All hope now lies on the shoulder of the still powerless Princess Zelda...until the Sheikah discovered the Shrine of Resurrection.
Who sleeps within? Who was resurrected? Who comes out of the shrine? Is it really the Hero...or something worse than the Calamity?

Summary
Everyone and their mother knows that suppressants aren’t foolproof. They’re not a one size fits all like the pharmaceutical companies tout them to be. Some meds are better for omegas than others, but price and availability limits their usage. It’s a whole thing that Robert has learned to live with.
So, when one of the members of Z-Team is going into a rut because of a mysterious drug, the suppressants aren't as effective as they should be. Robert decides to hole up for a day in hopes he’s only going into pre-heat and not a full blown heat.
What he gets is help from an alpha that he never expected.

“Look.” he continued, hands raised in surrender. “You’re pissed. I get it. As you know, the rest of my day wasn’t that fucking great either.”
He nodded towards the corner of the ceiling, where one of several small CCTV cameras sat. “But if you’re going to incinerate me, could you at least do it in a blind spot? I don’t exactly want my charred corpse caught in 4k.”
Flambae glanced around at the cameras, puffing out a warm, steady breath. He met Robert’s gaze again, hot embers burning beneath his glare. Flambae’s other fist curled, trembling slightly.
Robert licked his lips and braced, fully expecting to have to come up with a brand new excuse tomorrow for why his nose was busted this time around.
Instead, his eyes narrowed when Flambae’s glare — for the smallest, most imperceptibly short moment — flitted down, tracking the motion. Flambae’s gaze snapped back up, looking caught.
Robert blinked, eyes widening. His mouth fell open, the corner of his mouth ticking up just a fraction. “Oh.”

Or, Robert and Flambae run into eachother after hours, post the “comms incident”. They argue a bit, then finish what they started.
