But one day, he gets a call from an old friend insisting he move to Indianapolis to check out his shop. What will happen once Steve realizes his ex boyfriend is the co-owner of said shop? Will feelings rekindle, or will this be the end of Steddie as we know it?
Yes! I changed the title… but the only reason I named it I’ll Be There For You, is because I grew intimidated. There is another fic by the same name that I wanted to originally call this. Because the work and chapter titles are all named after Bon Jovi songs. So please, don’t judge me.

Steve Harrington sat on his knees screaming at the top of his lungs. At this point, any neighbors that would have been around had turned to run, or succumbed as the earth was literally ripped asunder. He didn’t even know if Eddie’s uncle (Wayne?) had made it out. There was no one around except for Robin Buckley, Nancy Wheeler, and Dustin Henderson. Dustin could be heard sobbing from inside Eddie Munson’s trailer. Robin and Nancy stayed in the stolen RV holding each other as they cried, allowing themselves the comfort of the other’s company.
Also (and because I totally forgot and am not used to having a beta reader) I want to thank sam_writes_fics for the amazing work she’s done acting as my beta.

Kevin grabbed at the thin wrists tightly forcing Edd's cobalt eyes to meet emerald. But then the impossible happened. The bully's eyes turned red and his canines became elongated. It was almost like the boy had developed a snout. No! He did have a snout! His nose protruded more from his face and he snarled viciously. "You are a genius! So tell me, what do you see? Tell me! What kind of monster could I possibly be?"
