It's a shame they didn't realize they'd be competing for her attention, and then once they'd had it, they'd have to catch her.

Summary
Hermione Granger and Harry Potter are Re-Sorted after the events of their third year. Harry had attacked a teacher and Hermione had used her Time-Turner against the rules she'd been given (even though Dumbledore had basically told her to, he'd acted like he had no idea what she was talking about). They're put in Slytherin House and it changes everything.

Dividing people into groups based on different facets of their personalities was never going to be accurate or healthy. Hermione knew that.
So, defining any one person based on these traits was illogical, and relying on such information would prove faulty.
Despite this, there was one fact that was universally acknowledged throughout Hogwarts History by any who paid attention:
