Summary
Jedi Knight Brosm Gumhutc never thought he would take a padawan. He’s always struggled with the main order, both as an initiate who had little passion for the force and later as a padawan at 25, and even now as a shadow he is rarely around other jedi knights.
Instead he runs with a crew of criminals and “works” for a barely legal company called Leverage Consulting & Associates under a fake identity. Every once in a while he remembers to drop off packet of information for the main order to use, and then leaves.
One day he makes is trapped in a social obligation to attend the Apprentice Tournament and adopts takes on a padawan: Savri NamSeries

Summary
With the Clone wars starting everyone's roles in the universe are changing. The jedi shadows (and others) are assigned the Coruscant Guard, and maybe things will go better than cannon. Savri Nam, still a padawan, is hoping this war ends soon. But in the meantime she has a list of things to get done.
1) Figure out why this war feels so sketchy
2) Reconisile her complicated feelings with politics and the duty of a jedi and
3) Conspire with the rest of the order to make the galaxy acknowledge the age-old rule of "finder-keepers" and bend Republic law enough to the clones are legally part of the jedi order, therefor the senate can't take them away when the war is over.Series

Bond had been mentally preparing for the last hour since he got the call. The Quartermaster in the field was a terrible idea in his opinion, not that Mallory had cared when he had protested. He was untrained, infamous for his lack of deceptive skills, and point-blank refused to wear any form of proper suit. All traits that meant Q should not be the one to join him on an undercover mission. Especially one that required him to pretend that he and Bond were in a relationship.
Safe to say, James expected Q to be a burden by failing in his role.
