This is a rewrite of The Greater Good is a big Fat Lie I wrote with Roliena years ago per Anna_Catherine request. This is going to be a Harry/Hermione pairing.
Voldemort has Hermione in his clutches and then discovers that she is his and Bella's child. Dumbledore expected her to turn up dead to keep Harry fighting. Dumbledore isn't the man that others think him to be. Who can Hermione trust while she tries to protect Harry?

Summary
