Akira was now two months postpartum. Their baby was healthy and beautiful. She was already sporting small soft black curls and her eyes were almost exactly the same shade of red as his own.
Goro had been more than worried about her overall health, as well as Akira’s. He was worried about everything to be honest, it was hard to not get wrapped up in his own head about everything that could go wrong, and there were many months while Akira was pregnant that he worried to himself that he would end up like his own father did.
But he had Akira there to smooth over his doubts, and now Goro could finally try to do the same for the raven.
