Summary
Parrot has plenty of time, nowhere better to be, and an echo of his once dead best friend. All of his attempts to escape Paragon have been futile, all because of one reason.
Wifies knows Parrot better than anyone else. Allegedly.
So, Parrot gives up on prison break (for now) and switches gears. If Wifies knows everything about him, it's Parrot's turn to know everything about Wifies.
He will face the Director head on and claw Wifies out of him, whoever that may be.
(Or, Parrot stays with Wifies to try and understand him... and things change from there. Because I love them and their terrible toxic friendship.)

Summary
Parrot shook. He was scared, hurt, and really fucking confused. As the invisible guard turned back to him, he dutifully fought in his restraints again, twisting and causing his wings to fluff up.
"Parrot," he heard the voice again, soft and quiet from disuse.
He recognized that voice. Tears pooled again at his eyelids.

Summary
The absence of belief. The absence of what made his friend, his friend. The absence of what shaped him. The absence of Parrot.
“You’re supposed to hate me for this,” The hybrid said, voice quieter now, almost unsteady. “You’re supposed to fight it.”
“I did hate you,” Parrot admitted softly. “Sometimes I still do.”
That should have been a relief.
It wasn’t. “But I also…” He hesitated. “You’re still you.” Something in their expression flickered—hope, maybe. Or fear. “And you think this is what I want?” Wifies asked. “I think…” Parrot chose their words carefully. “You don’t want to lose me.”
Or Parrot loses his intent to leave and doesnt even believe himself, making Wifies debate on himself but he realizes he cant stand parrot not being parrot so he gets mad and a fight breaks out (VERBAL. ID NEVER WRITE THEM PHYSICALLY FIGHTING) which fails to bring Parrot’s urges

Summary
”Shut up, Spoke!” Wemmbu hissed, glaring at him momentarily before his gaze returned to Parrot, softening a little. He crossed his arms as he sat on his heels with a pout. Minute noticed how his eyes were shortly after starting to tear up but decided against pointing it out — he knew how much worse it would get if he did.
”…I’m sure he’ll be fine.” He instead mentioned in an indirect attempt to comfort everyone. “It doesn’t seem fatal externally, but I’ll have to check up on him to confirm that. Theo, a hand?”
Theo nodded as he took Parrot onto his back, making sure his hands were securely around his neck and shoulders so he wouldn’t slip off. Minute went along with them to find a place for Parrot to rest while Minute fixed him up.
For once, they were all pretty silent.
