John has a nice, stable life in a nice, clean part of the city, with no trolls anywhere near to bother him. He has a dad who loves him, he has mastered the art of pranking and everything is right.
Until, that is, he meets Karkat Vantas. Then, John starts to think, starts to realise that maybe his perfect world isn't the idyll he thought it was. Karkat starts to change things, and John isn't sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
