Where: Emhyr begins to get desperate to find Ciri--as well as for a weapon that he believes will change the war in Nilfgaard's favor...the trials. Too, visions have brought him to Jaskier and he decides that the bard is a major part of Nilfgaardian victory, if he survives.
Aka: Jaskier is turned into a weapon -- a new age of Witcher, corrupted by Nilfgaard.

Gale spends some time alone, after everyone has gone to bed. He needs space to think and plan for what has been asked of him, and Astarion interrupts his brooding session and offers him advice...Aka: a ramble as I try and figure out the characters!

Gale sat near the heat of the blazing campfire, his brown eyes reflecting the stars above him. Everyone else had gone to bed not too long ago, and he would leave for his tent after a moment.
Just…a few moments more.
He just wanted to watch the stars a little longer. He wouldn’t have too many moments left to do so, he could feel it. Be it Mystra’s will, or his own mortality beckoning, he felt it like it were breathing down his neck.

Summary
"Why do you think Remus has scars?” Sirius asked James later that evening, his voice gentle. He was propped up on his bed, twirling his signet ring in his fingers, his gray eyes stormy. He didn’t look at James. Peter and Remus were at the library and a heavy ache had settled in Sirius’s soul all day.
James huffed softly. “You know I don’t know,” he told him, slapping his socked foot gently when he passed by him, crawling into his own bed.
Their second year, Sirius is worried about Remus--noticing his scars are multiplying and is worried about the cause. He asks in a very bad way and Remus avoids them all for two weeks. It drives Sirius insane, wanting to help his friend and put a stop to whatever could be hurting him; whoever.

'“I want it to stop,” Remus told him instead, begged, his face contorting with a pain Sirius Black knew too well: self-disgust. It struck him in the chest, hard. “Please, make it stop…” His voice came out in heavy sobs.
Sirius felt truly cold then, to the bone.
Not Moony.'
After a bad full moon, Remus runs away--thinking he's hurt someone and can't emotionally, or physically, deal with it. Sirius finds him.

Where, thinking it for the best (for Will’s sake) Jack teams up with Freddie to ‘kill Will Graham.’ After gutting him, Hannibal had every intention of having Will live. What would happen if instead of the article Freddie posted about Will being in the hospital, what if the lines were more:
“WILL GRAHAM, SPECIAL AGENT OF THE FBI DIES AT THE HAND OF THE CHESAPEAKE RIPPER” ?
