Loke proceeded to eye him like he was the crazy one, as if he wasn’t the one who suddenly ambushed him in the middle of the woods and pinned him against a tree. “You said you had to ‘take a leak.’ Was that not code for something?”
“Code for what?!”
He shrugged, making an indignant noise that vaguely resembled I don’t know, “Code for ‘Loke, please follow me so we can make out' or something?”
