Arthur, it's me! Merlin abandoned his grip on the sleeve as well as his dignity and stood up on Arthur's palm, grasping at his shirt with both forepaws. He stared urgently into the man's eyes as they refocused on him. It's Merlin! Gwen's friend! I've been turned into a ferret!

"Can’t stand anybody but you having a shot a true love?” Merlin asked flatly. Arthur wrinkled his nose.
“No, idiot. Spirit animals don’t get along unless they belong to their soulmate. If my bird sees your hideous lion-“
“He is quite dashing, thank you. Besides, your bloody bird is too loud-“
“My bird is just trying to do me a favor and tune you out!” Arthur snapped and took a long breath “The point is they can’t be around each other. So unless you want Emmy to pluck out this lion’s eyes I suggest you tell him to bugger off.” He snapped. Merlin was inclined to tell Arthur to bugger off himself, but was immediately distracted by one word.
“Emmy?” He repeated and smiled. “You did name him.”

Despite the connection between Personas and their users, the two are not always able to freely communicate with one another. Captain Kidd feels a paternal affection for his user, Ryuji, and has always kept a watchful eye on him. On the surface, the boy seems perfectly happy. But deep down Ryuji has been fighting with himself over his feelings for his best friend Ren.
When Ryuji declines an invitation to sleepover at Ren's, worried about what people might think, Kidd becomes desperate to talk to Ryuji and help him understand that love is love no matter one's gender. And, while two mysterious strangers in blue offer a means to aid him, how great will the cost be?
Together with Arsene, the two personas might be in for more than they bargained for, though they may be able to help their users even in some small way...
