Summary
The man hovering over him leaned back, releasing Grian completely. Cold night air rushed in to fill the void.
“I guess it’s out in the open now,” the stranger hummed. “Shame. I wanted to avoid this.”
With the additional glow occupying the space between them, Grian was finally able to catch features that were lost in the prior darkness. His curiosity outweighed all else, and he drank them in greedily. As soon as he saw who sat across from him, alarms blared in his mind.
This man wasn’t a civilian, wasn’t even a hero.
“Hello, Doctor,” the villain mused. “You were quite the help today.”

Summary
It's been three months since the coup. Three months since Sapnap, a knight, and George, his prince, have been chased out of their home. Three months of being on the run, trying to find a safe way out of Kinoko without being caught by the president's mercenaries or an opportunistic bounty hunter.
It's hard, but it would be a lot easier if he didn't have to worry about George's sudden taste for wandering. Or the two guides that have worked their way into his group, promising them a safer way out of the kingdom. And it would be a whole lot easier if Sapnap wasn't flying solo, doing a job made for two.
And then there's the Godling to worry about. Yeah. That's a whole thing.

Summary
Etho had been managing just fine for many years with only one working eye. But it's a different story when a skeleton manages to take out his other eye while patrolling his and Bdubs' base one night. It doesn't help that he's already on yellow.

Summary
Not yet late summer, but getting there languid and lazy. Heat prickles across Etho's skin. When Bdubs dies, Etho is going to be so utterly alone, gutted and hollowed out.
Etho has, he wants to think, been good about this whole thing. He hasn't screamed, hasn't cried more than he needed to, hasn't left or walked out or told someone he doesn't love Bdubs anymore in a shameful moment of weakness when what he really is is overtired. He has learned to put his desire away into little boxes, to not look and to not touch, to not bring it up unless Bdubs does first.
The clock reads 5:59AM.
