Summary
They have broken fate into something better: the Calamity is sealed, the Champions live, Hyrule will rebuild. Yet the death of the king and much of the Hylian court unsettles the balance of power, and while Zelda recovers from the Calamity, the army moves to seize control.
Worse, the Calamity is not the only piece of history lodged in the bedrock of Hyrule. Deep under the ground, other histories await. Some start to seep up.
Link is not yet rid of fate – but nor is he alone in facing it.

Summary
This is Revali's life now. Glorified messenger carrier. The defeat of Calamity was almost a year ago and the restoration of Hyrule is still underway. Zelda had appointed him a title he doesn't remember and he had and has since freely given his assistance when asked. He is tasked mostly with important message deliverance and retrieval. All things considered, he could be dead so Revali tries to keep his distaste in check. He's not sure where this bitter feeling comes from. It makes an appearance once in while, sweeping through Revali's mind, creating a mess in its wake before losing momentum and receding. And all he can do is right everything askew and get back to work. Flying around the new and wild Hyrule isn't a bad lot in life in all honesty. And not nearly as exhausting as Mipha and the others seem to believe.
