Branzy reaches into his pocket, and gets out a deck of standard cards. He holds it in hand, shuffling the deck a few times.
Then, he fans the cards out and shows it to Clown. "Do you know how to play old maid?"(Breathe in. Breathe out.)

Clown can’t describe what he sees, but then a scream of agony sounds out from the speakers, loud, real, and so, utterly, violent.
And there’s so much blood.---
It's been three months since the mission at the Casino started. Nearly four months, now. So, naturally, it's about time things started rolling. Not in a good direction, but both sides know - all tricks get called to the table eventually.

Summary
It's a wonderful day in Jamanakai city.
Kai’s plans for the day are to deliver a sword, get the loaded payment, buy necessities and potatoes to bake, go home, and take a rest. The last two have scratched off however, and it’s all courtesy to this guy he comes across too; he’s really tall, busting with muscles, owns a pretty pair of green eyes, and wears a damn charming smile.
Everything goes upside down after that.
Suddenly, before the gods could spare a blink, Kai is aboard a pirate ship with people he least expected to be with.
Kai makes terrible plans, but this trip has got to be the worst yet as he literally fights for his life against one or two fellow mythical creatures.
He’s also fighting for his troubling heart, as the same guy who ruined his life never fails to skyrocket his heart rate through the sky, and churn his stomach like a towel being twisted into a rope.The first day they met was already stressful, let alone the following ones.
But hey, if you were to tell Kai a few days before what he’ll do by the end of the sail, he wouldn’t even believe you — in fact, he might as well set you on fire.

Summary
The city of Ninjago is protected by the six ninja: Green, Red, Blue, Gray, Black, and White. Kai loves working as the Red Ninja, and honors the bonds he's formed with his teammates more than anything else. Things start to get complicated after he accidentally discovers Blue's identity- and, after he realizes Blue doesn't recognize him, a little awkward as well. Along with all of this, a new criminal organization on the rise is pushing the strength of the ninja's bonds, threatening them to fall apart.
So uh basically ninjago is gotham now and miraculous ladybug-inspired identity hiding hijinks ensue. (ok hand emoji)

“Please stop saying it like that.” Mydei sighed deeply through his nose, trying not to let panic overwhelm him. “It wasn’t anything serious- it was just a quick fuck. Months ago.”
“Mydeimos, he’s out there looking for you. Clearly, he didn’t see it as just a quick fuck. Oh my Aeons. Why did you sleep with an Emanator of Destruction?”
“Oh, I just wanted to try something new,” he said, staring at her in disbelief. “Obviously, I didn’t know that’s what he was!”
“How did you not know?!” She shrieked.
