This fic is just so great. I keep coming back to it and it's always a nice read.
Modern aus in Arcane rarly work for me when it comes to Zaun and Piltover but this fic kept the conflict believable and justifiable. But the heart of this art work are of course the boys.
Viktor and Jayce being estranged at the beginning got me quickly invested and flashback are both cute and heartbreaking in hindsight. This really fees like strangers to friends to enemies to acquaintances to colleagues toooo....
It's really great, I love it and will keep coming back to it till I memorize it. -

This fic hit all the spots for me. I love doomed family that is bound to always find their ways to each other. I also love when fics are dialect heavy and this one delivered. The anticipation felt too real, the setting, the atmosphere, the twists. I had so many feelings at once I honeslty forgot it was an ao3 fic and not a bestseller (which it should be, OP you are a genious print this and it will make 💸). One of the best Jason stories I've read 1000/10

Jason doesn't really know where his place in the family is. Ever since the batarang incident, he's tried to slow down, playing by Bruce's rules, but it can be hard at times. Especially when he's just been ambushed, shot, fallen out of a window into a dumpster, and can't even fight back with anything other than rubber bullets.
But what a surprise when, before passing out on his couch, Dick decides to visit? Of course, he freaks out about Jay's injuries, and reprimands him for doing stupid stuff, and tends to his wounds- wait. Is it just Jason, or does something seem off about the way Dick's eyes glint? Or how he makes everything around him hazy? And since when did Dick know where his apartment was?
...
Basically, a Jason Todd fic where a multiverse variant of the Batfamily cross dimensions because THEIR Jason died... and they're willing to do anything to get him 'back'. They're also, y'know, kinda evil eldritch horrors.
