Summary
This drabble/poem was previously posted as a writing experiment where I mixed my poem with the song lyrics of Origene's Sanctuary. After I wrote my first (proper) drabble ("Toronto, June 2010" for the Heated Rivalry fandom) I thought I could revisit this poem and see if it works standalone and re-write it, so it meets the drabble requirement of 100 words. Turns out... the poem already did!

Summary
"First Times" is the sequel to "The Night I Met The Vampire" (which in turn is a spin-off to "Barney".
Wendell Dupree, ex-hustling street kid and former blood donor to the vampires Louis de Pointe du Lac and Lestat de Lioncourt, is approached by the Talamasca to spy on the notorious vampires living in New Orleans. His meetings with their agent Rashid soon turn into dates but how will their relationship enfold given Wendell's past? There are a lot of first times in every relationship and this one isn't the ordinary kind.
