Summary

Summary
Dean Winchester is chief neurosurgeon at Seattle Mercy Hospital. When Cas steps in for Dean’s usual surgical nurse, he immediately takes a liking to the attractive omega. Hesitant to give in to his alpha instincts, he tries to avoid the omega, but ultimately fails, becoming completely infatuated with Cas. Deciding he needs to clear his head, Dean grabs his motorcycle and heads out of town but is involved in a car accident. Waking up, he finds that it is Cas who is nursing him back to health.
The OR doors swung open, and some raven-haired guy wearing light blue scrubs that stretched over his chest just perfectly hurried inside.
“I’m sorry. I’m late. I’m the replacement.”
Dean couldn’t even begin to wrap his brain around what was happening when the sweet-and-savory omega scent hit him like a freight train. His nostrils flared as the most delicious pheromones invaded his nose and assaulted his alpha brain. It grabbed something inside him and dragged him bodily towards the new omega presence near the door. He slowly closed the last few feet between them. Mine.

Summary
