Summary
“Isn’t it?” Tommy asks, finally rolling his head to face Technoblade. He’s looking at Tommy with that same weird expression he’s had this entire time. He’s got a deathgrip on the edge of the mattress, too, claws digging into the fabric cover. He’s gonna rip it if he’s not careful. “I mean– you kinda told me to, ‘Blade. No– no uncertain terms ‘n all that shit. I mean I know it wasn’t exactly a hero's death, but…” Tommys gaze drops to the mattress. “‘S probably too late for that, isn’t it? Never really been hero material. Just–” he slowly flexes his hand, the muscles wrestling pathetically against the movement– “this.” He looks back up, meeting Technoblade’s eyes again. “I kinda thought it’d be better for everyone in the end, y’know? Quieter.”
Tommy doesn’t know what to expect Technoblade to do when he says that. Leave, maybe. Or make him leave. Or maybe agree and just, finish the job. Make it easier on everyone else.
He doesn’t expect him to stare at Tommy like he’d just shot his fuckin’ dog.
Or
Tommy makes a choice, changes his mind, and everything progresses from there.

Summary
Phil said they are going to replace one of the tires and the rest- they have to ‘rotate’ them, the tires. Which Tommy thought they were doing the whole time but Tommy isn’t a car guy, Tubbo is a car guy, and even Techno is a little bit of a car guy. Tommy can drive a car, he’s done it… once or twice.
Or: Being adopted means there are all kind of things you have to learn- to be taught.

The stupidest thing, really, was that Tommy couldn't even really stop himself from doing this. It had been weeks now, barely getting by, scraping rock bottom as he lived through every day feeling like his heart had been pulled from his chest.
He was just so lonely, a physical ache in his chest and desperately muffled chirps in his throat. It was more than just a want - whether he wanted to or not, he needed his flock - so now, here he was. Chasing villains through the city night after night, without so much as a plan for when it inevitably would go wrong.

Summer is defined by two things.
One, waking up because of the heat, usually at the peak time of day with the sun high on its perch beaming down through all the windows. It’s messy, once your brain activates enough to feel the heat of the sun’s rays, the tangled sheets around your legs, the headache, then you can’t just turn over and go back to sleep.
Two, all of the ice cubes in the house mysteriously going missing.
