“Show me how you do it,” the two are seated across from each other on Wade’s egregiously huge bed when Wade asks Peter to imitate the movement.
“DP, this is childish,” Peter says unamused.
“C’mon, it’s not like it’s the real thing!” Wade is loving every second of this interaction. Peter is sitting on top of one of Wade's poor (read: extremely lucky) pillows.
“Yeah, I know, which is why it’s childish,” Peter looks at him with another wave of annoyance, “and it doesn’t matter anyway! I’m just bad at it, it’s fine”.
Or: Peter is convinced that riding isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be and Wade proves him wrong.

"Have you tried calling him dad?" Jason had asked. And Dick fell quiet. He'd thought about it. It hadn't felt right at the start because he was still mourning his parents, but Bruce had been his parent for almost half his life, soon there'd be a time when Bruce would have been his parent for longer than his actual... no... his first parents.
That is how after 3 years of begging Dick had finally convinced Bruce, B, the Batman, his dad, to let him reveal his identity to The Team. If he'd known that all it would take was calling him dad and a pouty lip he would have done so ages ago

Of course I can be here" fuckin' Richard Grayson said in that pretentious tone that Artemis knew from all the other trust fund assholes back in school. It wasn't the tone Dick usually used at school, but he was one of them, so it wasn't really that surprising for him to sound like that. -
