Catra’s life is going wonderfully well.
At nearly 30 years old, she has a terrible, low-paying job with an awful schedule, has incredibly realistic dreams about a forest she has never seen, and still hasn’t managed to become the successful artist she always planned to be. On top of that, she’s single and bitter. To make matters worse, during a night of reckless drinking she ended up running over a very large and strange dog.The biggest problem, however, is that this dog might be a werewolf, and it keeps coming back—and Catra doesn’t know if she even wants to get rid of it. After all, as pathetic as it may sound, she really enjoys the company of this strange creature.

Summary
Nearly four years have passed since Adora left Horde High and her childhood best friend Catra behind and moved to the other side of Etheria, thinking she would never see her friend again. She worked her way up to the very top then, getting accepted at the best college in Bright Moon. Everything goes exactly like she always planned out – or at least she thinks it does.
After graduation, Catra tries to survive life in the Fright Zone alone for one year, with nearly no support or money. Everything went downhill since Adora left her alone in their foster home with her toxic foster mother. But then another option in Bright Moon arises, that could change her life for the better. However, this change has a price – a price, that Catra may have accepted to pay too early. And little do they know, that the deal Catra made is directly connected to a rivalry between Bright Moon college and Horde college, that goes way deeper than the last basketball match…
