Summary
As the two Jedi generals that saved the planet Sear-Jen of the Rendorant system from the Separatists’ try at takeover, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker are invited to a gala to celebrate the hard fought victory. Anakin desperately doesn’t want to attend, but Obi-Wan insists he must out of courtesy and makes a deal with the younger Jedi that they will only stay as long as politely possible. The queen of Sear-Jen helps the men with outfits for the event, and all hell breaks loose for Anakin as they see each other right before the party.

Obi Wan assumes it to be an empty, foolish promise, but he knows that even as a Jedi master he’s run out of legs to stand on.
