    “What?” Victor and Stephen said in unison, staring at her.

    “I want a job,” Loki repeated. “I want a place in your brave new world. I want a rank and a shiny shiny badge and something interesting to do. I want to have official license to cross borders at will and I want to be able to walk into Doomgard’s mead hall without the Thors being like ‘uh, you really can’t be here.’” Her smirk faltered for a moment, her brows drawing together as she bit her lip for a fraction of a second. “And- and I want to know which one of them is mine."

     

    My thoughts on Loki IV's (it's about time we just start numbering them like the Doctors, isn't it?) place in Battleworld.

    I'm absolutely loving this fiction you're writing. I'm a huge fan of Loki AoA and was heartbroken when they canceled the title so it pleases me to no end to be reading this story of yours. You really capture StoryLoki's voice well & I like that you can do both the male and female versions. What's even better is that all your supporting characters are fleshed out just as well, especially your other Lokis (event he dead ones). Your settings are vivid in my mind, not every fan-fiction writer is as good at background and blocking as you are. I love how each chapter is so different from that last, in tone, characters, and setting, I can't wait to see where you take me next.

    My impression from your story is that StoryLoki knows Battleword is not stable and won't last forever. They've already saved Verity and Asgard but what would Loki be without Thor? The Odinson is somewhere in battleword and though Loki knows they can't save everyone, they're going to try to find and save him before the universe falls apart (again). But what would Odinson do if StoryLoki found him? Odinson still hasn't met this version of Loki so would he recognize them even if he didn't have amnesia? And considering how they last parted, how does StoryLoki plan on making Odinson trust them enough to let him be saved? I can't wait to see how this plays out.
    Along the way StoryLoki is on a path of self-discovery by finding, interviewing, and monitoring other Lokis. Each one being from their own universe is legitimate in their own right. By comparing these other versions with him/herself, StoryLoki is discovering what it means to be Loki, and hopefully what it takes to be worthy of continuing the story.
    So far those other Lokis have been non malevolent and some of which StoryLoki has decided to protect. I'm looking forward to StoryLoki meeting one that wants a fight. How would they feel if they had to kill another Loki (again)?

    I like that CowboyLoki was apparently a good family man and how StoryLoki's surprise shows (rather sadly) that Loki didn't think that was possible for him/herself. I absolutely agree the 1602 version is the sexiest version of the Enchantress ever, now I want to see awesome fanart of 1602 Faeri Loki. Your AForce Mistress of Secrets Loki broke my heart with her backstory, the kitchen scene makes me cry. MiniMarvel lisping Loki was so adorable, I squeed when I read that chapter. Hoboki's scene might be my favorite, he's the first Loki so far to display that classic Loki madness. Luke Watson manages to be cool without magic! I imagine he looks like Loki on the cover of Loki AoA #5.

    I wonder if you intend for StoryLoki to meet Serrure and what would they would do about it? Would they draw protective runes on his face and just walk away, or would they try to wake him up? Could that even be done without the right Thor to help? And speaking of Thors, I want to see more of them. StoryLoki flirting with Ultimate Thor was very funny.

    Your fiction inspires me to want to read more Battle Word stories. I'm curently reading Thors, AForce, 1602 Angela, & Captain Marvel and the Carol Core, 1872. Are there any current Battleword stories you would recommend? I've collected and read most of the JiM Loki stories in TPB. Now I'm reading Young Avengers. I've read the most recent Thor story but not many old Thor stories. What would you recommend I look up?
