Just as he said he would, Dark got back to him later in the week, and Jack didn't know how to feel.
He had had at least a couple of days of respite before, by evening, his phone went off; a notification, a text, from His Majesty.
And Jack's stomach had done something funny, then, in that moment. Like a physical weight manifesting in his gut, heavy, and making him that same type of nauseous all over again, and he'd swallowed.
Picking the device up, he'd found that all he could do was... stare, and he had stared, for a good while. At some point, the screen had faded back to black, the glare dulling to nothing, and the light in Jack's eyes had left along with it. He'd thumbed at the sharp line overlaying its surface, a crack, and he'd eventually gone to unlock it. And he'd responded.
On my way.
It's not like Jack could've refused him.

Summary

Dean is business man and he's very concerned about his public image, to the degree that there are a lot of things he doesn't tell people who are close to him, even his brother. The most important being that he likes men (and only men). Even worse, he likes being told what to do and give himself over to someone, but only where no one else knows about it. He doesn't date and he doesn't think he will ever be in a serious relationship with a man. He's accepted that. (Or has he..?)
Every Friday, he goes to special club to get that part of his wants and needs taken care of. It's fine and it's enough until it's not and a Dom named Castiel starts to worm his way into Dean's heart and his life.
Dean has to learn to accept himself and learn how to put together his professional, personal and sexual life.
