Summary
After sustaining a devastating injury while rebuilding Etheria, Adora must learn how to rest and heal, and Catra must learn how to grow. The two go on an emotional journey filled with setbacks and achievements as they learn about what it means to live in a war-free world. With the deadline of their wedding, Adora works hard at a seemingly impossible goal, and Catra works to redeem herself before getting married to the love of her life. Old wounds are exposed and fears are dealt with, but there is nothing Adora and Catra can't do as long as they have each other. They may be broken, but they are broken together.

Summary
They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.

Summary
Coping with her stressful studies on the way to certification as a physiotherapist, Adora has fallen into a local community theatre as a way to have fun and make new friends. She's made a place for herself there and everything is going great when she lands one of the lead roles of their newest play - until she shows up to the first rehearsal and the person cast in the role of her romantic opposite is Catra, who she hasn't seen since the breakup eight years ago when she left Catra behind to move across the country for a soccer scholarship.
But there's no denying the obvious chemistry between them when they get on stage, and the director won't hear of anybody else playing the roles.
