Based directly after chapter 21: Shining Armor.It was a given that something would go wrong on their trip to Duke Whitman's land. It was Merlin, something always went wrong. The only issue was that he was with Arthur and his soulmates, meaning there was no way he could use his magic to get them out.
But things go from bad to much much worse when someone along their captor's ranks recognizes Merlin as Emrys. To bad it wasn't before it was decided Merlin would be the easiest to break for information.

Most alphas could get through their ruts without incident if they weren’t exposed to any provocative stimuli, which usually meant sexual pheromones, aggressive alphas, or stressful factors. In that case, it could just pass like a bad fever.
For Choi, his triggering stimuli were thankfully pretty small. He could interact with strangers with no problem during his rut, and it usually took something significant to make his hormones spike like a typical alpha’s.
The “something significant” was sitting in his living room.
His blood was stirring, and his skin was heating up as rut pheromones built up like crazy beneath his clothes, as his instincts built up like lightning in a bottle about what to do with Ryu Jaekwan and Kim Soleum here to accompany him during his rut.
Or: After the events of their first threesome, Ryu Jaekwan and Kim Soleum take it upon themselves to come help out Choi with his rut.

“Diamonds which I could then use to line the repulsor systems.” Peter bites into his apple. “And then I’d always be with him.” Peter adds, “in Spirit.”
"I see what you did there,” Ned says, “and I respect the pun. And the concept. Super freaking cute man. And lame. But mostly cute."
OR Peter's broken his phone again, but luckily FRIDAY can just broadcast his chats with Ned throughout the penthouse. Too bad his spidey-sense doesn't warn him about Mister Stark's unexpected visitors. And if he ends up in Wakanda after that- well he may have found a little loophole in Tony's orders to stay home.

Peter freezes for a second, eyes flicking to focus on Steve for one still moment. Then, his gaze drags sideways to Tony, and his eyes clear of confusion.
"Dad!" he breathes.
The room goes silent.

Tony Stark doesn't like to think of himself as any kind of father figure. In fact, after Peter Parker died in his arms on Titan, he's been distancing himself from the kid.
That all changes, though, after an encounter with a rogue sorcerer that leaves Peter unconscious and unaware. When he wakes up, he gets the date and the year wrong - oh, and he calls Tony Dad. Soon, it becomes clear that something is seriously wrong with the kid. He's talking about people who don't exist, events that haven't happened, and using information he shouldn't know.
Tony is far from ready to deal with any of it.
