Sonic at his wits end after a grueling month long run being chanced by a hunter finds himself bleeding out in a nowhere forest when someone takes him in. as he heals he bares witness to parts of his savior that would other wise remain unseen, while also desperately yearning for companionship and the ability to communicate with him.The vampire shows the most vulnerable parts of himself in loneliness to what he deems a mangy dog. what will he do when he finds out the mutt he's growing to care for is just like him?
