even if the tattoos of kevin’s name and the crescent moon on his collarbone were hidden from the eyes of people around him, the ‘k’ pendant necklace wasn’t. neither was the ring that circled his finger all the time.
even if kevin weren’t there anymore, the breathlessness accompanied by the scratches and dryness of younghoon’s throat were still there. the sobs and desperate pleas were there. the longing and breaking were there. the lingering touches and kevin’s faint sound were there. the love and feelings were there. and in a moment where only stars were his audience, he got on his knees and held onto his sweater tightly, praying through tears for the sky’s glowing circle to bring his moon back. but still, nothing was there in the morning.

If it had been anyone else from the cafe staff, who supposedly knew that Yixing was a regular at this point, and misspelled his name even after that, Yixing would have promptly given them a passive-aggressive smile with a small, almost inaudible thank you and would have walked away muttering in Mandarin, hoping that they'd take the hint and not misspell his name next time.
But since it was not anyone else, but the (cute) newly hired barista, who had made his order, Yixing was only left gaping and accepting his drink wordlessly as it was given to him with a warm smile full of curly lips and crescent eyes.

A xingdae coffee shop au no one asked for where in 3 times barista!dae spells yixing's name wrong and 1 time yixing manages to correct him.
