Summary
Anders is a Weaver, one who can see the strings of destiny connecting people and their relationships, particularly the red string which signifies soulmates. His red string was broken long ago, snapped with the death of Karl. A memorable encounter with Hawke has him believing there may be a second chance at love, but he is hesitant to take it in his grief, instead inundating himself in helping Fenris, who is suffering under the weight of Danarius' abusive string. As the tangled knots of Fenris' string unravel, he begins to see the truth of his own emotions, a truth which is both far more complicated and far more simple than it seems.
