“Oh, no you don’t!” Quaritch’s hand dug into his arm painfully, keeping Spider atop the ikran before he could slide off while his other arm secured Spider against his chest. “Did you really think I was gonna fall for that again?” Quaritch growled at him, the last thing Spider heard before the man’s kuru connected with his.
The Factory Ship is sinking, pulled closer towards the flux devil with every minute. Spider offers himself to Quaritch in exchange for Neytiri and Tuk's freedom, but what if Quaritch knew the offer was just a play for time? In which he takes matters into his own hands and brings Spider back to the Ash camp.

What if that night in the forest, Varang takes a little more interest in Spider? Summary
The RDA spent a lot of money on a brain scanner. They weren't going to use it just once.
This doesn't change much, at first. Then, it changes a lot.

Normal canon, but one universe to the left.

Summary
It took ages for him to come down from the rush, finally deciding to curl up under the metal table, hugging his knees to his chest and leaning his forehead against the top of them. They’d taken away his mask, so his face was bare against his cold skin.
He suddenly felt himself start to shiver, the pain from his tumble taking over every crevice of his mind. His head throbbed in time with his heart beat, the scrape on his arm stung viciously and his chest hurt whenever he breathed. He loosened his hold on his knees slightly, to see if that would help. It did, slightly, but it meant his bare back was leant against the metal table leg, causing goosebumps to break out over his arms.
This wasn’t good, at all. He was injured, in hostile territory, alone. With information which would be crucial to the RDA in his mind. There was no way the Sully’s would come for him, not if he knew where they were taking him.
