He just wanted his friend to be safe, safe in somewhere far away from Cindercrest's 'cause', from their war, being able to do things he want without anything getting in the way or getting him in danger

He eventually wakes up in a whole 'nother universe, stumbling back as he sees hybrids of people. He eventually leaves the spawn point of the universe, and meets a few of his classmates.
All having alternative roles in this universe.

The familiar notification popped on his screen, lighting Wemmbu's face in a cold blue in the dark night. His thumb stopped itself from opening the phone the second the whimsy notification tone hit the guy's ears.
"Wemmy! Come do your thing!"
A rather keen voice stopped him from thinking about the message. He turned his head to look at the group of people he was supposed to hang out with: they were laughing around, sharing 2 cigarettes, some chugging on cans of soda. The only thing out of place would be the shorter guy on the floor, whose sobs were quieted by a hand holding his mouth.
