okay like 2 years ago a very brilliant mind (@/rdsftlvr on twitter) came up with this gorgeous idea of james being incredulously bad at duolingo and regulus falling for him despite himself, so full credits to en!!! the only part i changed was james speaking hindi to urdu, because i know urdu better x
however this did turn from a simple funny moment, to plot, to smut. i dont know how we got there, truly. but keep in mind of that explicit tag...
anyways i think ive actually had the most fun writing this oneshot ever so i hope you enjoy 12k words of pure fluff!!

Regulus hated his job. Ok, that wasn't entirely the truth. What he hated was the bar. It was full of college students, middle-aged men with no family and then there were the men around Regulus’ age who hit on everything that moved. Regulus didn’t like anyone who came into the bar. They were too loud, trying too hard to have a good time.
But the worst person he had to deal with that he simply wasn’t able to get rid of was James Potter.
