Summary
As the Guardian of Time, Mark didn't usually like to watch his friends' countdown timers. It was rude, and an invasion of privacy. When they died was none of his business, as long as he was there in the end to help them along that road. But that all changed when Daniel died. Now, with Jack's timer leaving him with a little over six months, Mark can't afford to not care; what's going on?

Summary
The magic settles. Warm, insistent, threading itself through his breath and into his chest - not wrapping, not binding, but finding seams.
The places where things are already under strain.
Wick exhales carefully and tells himself this is fine. He’s told the truth before. He can do this. He’s been honest his whole life - honest even when it hurt.
He can be honest without being destroyed.A Zone of Truth is meant to strip away lies - not unravel a person.
On the road north, mistrust finally comes to a head when Thimble demands answers Wick has been carefully avoiding, and the magic meant to compel honesty instead loosens years of carefully tied knots. As accusations fly and grief resurfaces, the spell digs deeper than words, pulling at faith, family, and convictions Wick has never allowed himself to question.
When one unexpected truth slips free, the seams finally give way.
A canon-adjacent exploration of faith, guilt, and what happens when honesty isn’t something you can contain.

Summary
Even though eventually the horribly inconvenient matter of his wings fluttering open every single time he dares to allow his eyes to linger and announcing his attraction to everyone within a mile with eyesight quelled itself, the root of the problem doesn’t cease. Yes, being too busy with his near-death experience certainly helped, but now all of the discarded thoughts seem to cause some traffic in the forefront of his mind, too afraid of not getting to be actually thought about before something inevitably kills him. And most of those thoughts are far from pure.
Still, touching himself, much less over something like this is beyond pathetic. And as much as Wicander has learned his lesson on the matter of being just that, he is just barely above stooping that low. Holding his head above the invisible line on his tiptoes, the way a desperate man would to save himself from drowning.
It’s above Wicander to indulge in such primitive impulses, and he will simply sleep it off. Yes, that is the objectively optional trajectory to take.
Or, Wicander finally gets ahold of his wings. Not the other things though. Quite the opposite, actually.

Summary
“Can you pop them out now?” Thimble suddenly asks, excited, and even makes an exhilarated circle around him, fluttering her own pair of wings as she does.
It’s unfortunate that now everyone seems invested in the conversation. It’s only making Wicander feel worse, and he despises the pink flush that rises to his cheekbones, as he has to disappoint them. “I… I don’t believe I know how to do that,” he admits, turning his head to the side so he doesn’t have to face them.
Kattigan, who has so far been simply a silent observer, nods. “Happens to the best of us,” he says solemnly, his mouth twitching with effort. It takes a moment for Wicander to realise, only after what follows, that he is suppressing laughter. “You wouldn’t be the first one to struggle keeping it up.”
Or, after discovering his own angelic nature, Wicander encounters a problem of a rather delicate nature. Angelic puberty, that is.
