He glanced at the others inside the vehicle, reciting their names in his head so hopefully any forgetfulness would be extinguished. He didn’t know if this was an act for Cryptor to see his worth, investigate Zane’s weaknesses, or some weird planned murder, though no matter what it was, he felt like he was balancing on a tightrope. That if he was to fall, he would plummet, and whatever waiting for him on the ground was something to be feared.

Or: Pixal ever so politely told her brother Cryptor to invite Zane to the carnival with their family, though Garmadon attacks the city and leaves Echo to fill his place. Morro tags along (partially dragged by Echo) and the five have a good time.

Acronix hadn’t expected falling out of the time-vortex, nor had he expected to get stuck in a tree and be helped out by no other than the dead, child-version of the Master of Wind. Acronix didn’t know what he wanted to do, Without his elements he felt like a helpless child, having no control. If he did not continue this path that set out in front of him, who would he be? He didn’t have his element at this time, and if he didn’t continue on this road he would be a nobody, his life would become a footnote in Ninjago’s history.
The thought of leaving made his chest ache, Morro was the nicest company he had in a long time. Acronix would sleepily closing his eyes, letting the darkness wash over his vision
