Summary
When pushed to her limit and realising that nobody cares enough to save her, Taylor breaks and gains superpowers in a very, very public Trigger Event. Able to transform into and manipulate light, she can cross a continent in the time it takes to blink an eye, yet cannot find her place in the world.
The only silver lining is the discovery that her uncle is a member of the Triumvirate, and through the pulling of strings, maybe she can start anew. Her life in Brockton Bay may be wrecked, but perhaps as a member of the New york Wards she can find somewhere, or someone, where she can rebuild and learn to trust others again.

Taylor hadn't known what her mom meant by that saying when she'd heard it years ago. Just that family can help in ways you never thought possible. At least, not until her incident. Now she was plagued by thirteen people she had never known. Never would have in any other circumstance.

What would have happened if Ai had left the twins in the hands of Hikaru to take care of? What if the twins were able to change the fate of both Ai and Hikaru?
____After the tragic separation between Ai and Hikaru and the birth of the twins, Ai made a hard choice of leaving her children in the hands of their biological father. Knowing she couldn't love them the way she wanted or understood how to love someone or something and her being an Idol, she knew she wasn't going to give her children the love of a parent that they deserved and give them the normal life they deserve without needing to hide from the toxic world.
In the hands of Hikaru, Ai hoped to see the man, who always wanted to be loved, could give their children what they needed and save him from that dark place he was trapped in.
Hikaru, now, had to handle being a father to his two stars that the woman he loved gave him along with dealing with the monster who began his trauma while hoping to be with Ai again one day.
