She doesn’t care if his eyes brim with fear and urgency when Eren’s hands find her cheeks and feel like ice when they peel her away from him.

    “Mikasa, please. Turn back while you still can.”

    She shakes her head. “I’m not letting go now that I found you. I’ll take you back home.”
