Summary
This is an AU songfic based on Keith Anderson's "She Should've Been Mine". Basically, Alby and Newt were together and broke up and Alby reminisces on their past relationship and realizes Thomas and Newt are together now.
“Newt, I’ve been looking for you.” Alby heard a very familiar voice approach. He looked up to see that it was Thomas coming up to Newt and suddenly everything clicked. The familiar Alpha scent that clung to Newt belonged to Thomas, the familiar traits on Josephine that didn’t come from Newt must have come from Thomas and the name Chuck had been so familiar to him because that was Thomas’s little brother. Newt was at this party because he was with Thomas now. Thomas, one of his best friends growing up, is the Alpha that got to keep Newt, the Alpha that has a family with Newt, the Alpha Newt loves now.

The story of how Derek, a borderline feral werewolf pup, finds himself having an unlikely affinity for a younger boy named Stiles—despite the fact that this kid might be the most annoying person in existence. As the years go by and hardship repeatedly strikes like a violent ocean against the shore, they realize that the only way to stay afloat in their chaotic world is by anchoring each other and learning to build despite the onslaught of chaos and destruction that Beacon Hills attracts.

The previous title reflected the first 6 short fics, as those were Sterek-centric, but the bulk of the series is about pack and what that means to each of the characters. Since the Hale pack symbol/tattoo is important, I thought this new title captured the focus of the series much better.*

Summary
In the future, the polar ice caps have melted and covered the earth with water. Dryland is a myth that people tell their children about when they put them to sleep. People live on floating communities called atolls and merchant ships.
Over centuries, mutations have evolved from the human race to allow for their survival in this post-apocalyptic world. Stiles is a mutation, an omega, living in this world. But Stiles has a secret. He knows where dryland is. Or, at least, he might know where dryland is. He's not sure if it's real, but he knows that's where he comes from and that his father is supposed to be there waiting for him. And he has a map that's supposed to tell him exactly where it is.
Enter Derek Hale, an Alpha mutation that has adapted to live fully on the water.
Stiles and Derek set out on a lifetime journey to find mythical dryland and dammit, Stiles can't help but be attracted to Derek and his intoxicating scent.

Summary
Tobirama feels his chakra curl in irritation, the warmth of his fire recoiling from him, like Tobirama's very presence is repulsive, abhorrent. This is an exercise in repetition, he knows Madara detests him, like most people, but absolutely nothing about it ever gets easier, it only ever gets worse. Something painful drops through his chest, and the feeling is overwhelming, excruciating.
Someday, he thinks. His heart will finally have enough and it will quit, stop beating and grow cold, crushed under the pain. And so he would die, not under the blade of an enemy but the weight of his own loneliness, rejected and excluded.
"I am only trying to be polite, I do not mean to pick a fight. In this time of peace, I do not see any reason for strife." Tobirama replies, tired and curt.
"My version of peace," Madara looks at him indifferently, "has no place for someone like you."
Tobirama watches wordlessly as Madara walks away, even as something inside him breaks.
